We provide the intelligence behind the power, utilising Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) control modules for advanced generator synchronising, load sharing and utility mains paralleling across multi-set, multi-bus power plants and microgrids, together with the DSE M-Series for the control and monitoring of off-highway machinery and engine-driven equipment. Our solutions integrate ABB Low Voltage switchgear for superior circuit protection, VDO instrumentation for real-time monitoring of critical engine parameters, and GAC engine control products for precise fuel and speed control.

Synchronising Modules (DSE86xx MKII & DSE G-Series)

Ideal for multi-generator microgrids, synchronising, load sharing and utility mains paralleling at demanding mining sites.

Controller options: DSE86xx MKII Series for Standard synchronising applications, or DSE G8 Series for Advanced and more complex multi-set and multi-bus systems.

Typical DSE86xx MKII configuration: Multiple gensets controlled by DSE8610 MKII modules via MSC, with a DSE8660 MKII managing synchronisation and paralleling with the utility mains.

Typical DSE G8 configuration: Advanced multi-set, multi-bus power systems using G8600 genset controllers, G8660 utility mains controllers and G8680 bus-tie controllers, supporting multiple bus sections, group control, intelligent load demand and complex utility-paralleling schemes via AMSC.
